Our finishes are hand applied by our producers. Variation should be expected and welcomed.
- Polished: Glossy surface with square edges.
- Honed: Matte even surface with square edges.
- Antico: Lightly rugged surface with square edges.
- Brushed: Unevenly worn surface with square edges.
- Chateau: Softly eroded surface and edges.
- French Quarter: Coarse and eroded surface with multifaceted artisanal edges.
- Maison: Smooth unevenly worn surface with multifaceted artisanal edges.
Unfortunately, samples are not available at this time. Customers should embrace and expect wide variation in a natural stone product. Although each lot is unique and different, inventory changes regularly and we are constantly adding new stock.
Since each lot is unique, we are unable to order additional pieces at this time. We highly recommend ordering a material lot that will provide you with extra square footage for any breakage, bad cuts, or extra installation areas you may come across during your project.
Our items are sold by full lot size. We do not break up lots for individual orders. We do assess need on a case-by-case basis, but only for our larger square footage quantities. Please reach out to our customer service team with specific questions.
Shipping is calculated upon checkout. We offer complimentary pickup from our San Antonio, TX based warehouse. Many of our items must be shipped via freight and therefore must be processed separately. Our customer support team will reach out post-purchase to ask all the relevant questions and ensure we can get your material to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Our warehouse in San Antonio keeps several lots on hand, ready to ship out within 3-5 business days. Other lots must come from our producers, so please expect at least a 1-2 week processing time. If you have any concerns or questions about a particular material, please reach out to our customer service team.
