Shipping & Returns

CUSTOM TILE AND/OR STONE PRODUCTS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION ONCE THE ORDER IS ACCEPTED BY STONE MILLWORKS.  RETURNS ARE AVAILABLE UNDER THE MET CONDITIONS.

  • Products can be returned if they are damaged, defective, or do not match the product description on our website.
  • The recipient has one week from when the custom tile and/or stone products are received to return items for any reason. After one week, returns are only accepted for defective items.
  • Stone tile is sold by the lot and is not available to purchase in partial amounts. For additional questions, please contact our customer service rep.
  • Material is available to ship out or be picked up from our San Antonio warehouse.
  • Samples are not available at this time.


Pickup

Pickup is available for free for any customer, however they must arrange transportation on their own (trailer, trucks, etc.)

Please note that ALL PICKUPS MUST BE SCHEDULED AND ARRANGED PRIOR TO ARRIVING AT OUR WAREHOUSE. Material will not be released without an appointment. Our customer support team will reach out post-purchase to ask all the relevant questions and schedule your pickup.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location. Customers in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and New Mexico receive free shipping.

Additional services required for delivery, such as lift gate access, forklift, or other associated needs, may incur additional charges. Our customer service representative will contact you to ensure all details are finalized and determined before procuring a shipping charge.

Customers outside of Texas will be quoted shipping charges after purchase of material. Any customer may opt to pick up material from our warehouse based in San Antonio, TX.
